1. 선교사 부부 세미나:
이 사역의 목적은 선교사 부부들이 바쁜 사역 일정에서 잠시 벗어나 아름다운 환경에서 배우자와 함께 시간을 보낼 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 것입니다. 3일, 2일, 1일 세미나에서는 성경적 결혼, 부부 관계 형성 방법, 갈등 해결, 효과적인 의사소통 방법, 분노 조절, 그리고 일상생활에서 발생하는 다양한 갈등에 대처하는 방법 등에 대한 강의를 제공합니다. 세미나 참가비, 숙박비, 식사가 모두 포함되어 있으며, 초청을 통해서만 참여할 수 있습니다.
2. 리더십 세미나:
선교사들은 복음 전파, 교회 개척, 제자 훈련, 소외된 이웃에게 식량과 의복을 제공하는 등 항상 바쁘게 사역합니다. 모든 선교사는 사역을 성공적으로 마무리하기를 소망합니다. 본 세미나는 선교사들이 리더십 기술을 연마하고 역량을 향상시켜 사역을 성공적으로 마칠 수 있도록 돕기 위해 마련되었습니다. 3일, 2일, 1일 과정의 세미나에서는 리더십 개발, 멘토링, 사역 갈등 해결, 그리고 사역 마무리에 방해가 되는 요소들을 다룹니다. 숙박과 식사는 트랜스포메이션 인터내셔널에서 제공합니다.
3. 의료 서비스:
저희는 전문 세미나와 연계하여 선교 현장의 선교사들과 지역 주민들에게 기본적인 의료 및 치과 진료를 제공하기 위한 의료 봉사 활동을 정기적으로 실시할 예정입니다. 봉사 활동에는 의약품, 비타민, 구급상자, 의류 및 식량이 포함됩니다.
4. 개인 상담, 멘토링 및 코칭:
선교사들은 사역 과정에서 고조되는 긴장과 감정에 대처하는 데 특별한 도움이 필요할 때가 있습니다. 마음 편히 털어놓고 이야기할 수 있는 안전한 공간이나 사람이 없는 경우가 흔합니다. 저희는 여러분의 어려움을 비밀리에 지원하고, 개인 맞춤형 전문 상담을 제공해 드립니다.
Transformation International is an organization that provide support and training for missionaries in the field of mission. These are some of their ministries:
1. Missionary Couples Seminar:
The purpose of this ministry is to provide opportunities for missionary couples to take time off from their busy ministry schedule and enjoy time with their spouses in a beautiful setting. The three, two and one day seminars include lectures about Biblical marriage, how to establish oneness in marriage, dealing with conflict, how to communicate effectively in marriage, dealing with anger and with abundance of conflicts that arise in our daily lives. It include seminar, hotel and all meals. This seminar is done through invitations.
2. Leadership Seminar:
Missionaries are always busy with their evangelism, church planting, discipleship, feeding and clothing the under served. Missionaries want to finish well in their ministry. These seminars are designed so that missionaries can hone in their leadership skills and improve their leadership capabilities that they can finish well. The three, two and one day seminars will cover leadership development, mentoring, dealing with ministry conflicts and hindrances to finishing well. Hotels and meals are covered by the Transformation international.
3. Medical Care:
We will from time to time carry out medical missions in conjunction with our professional seminars to provided basic medical and dental care for missionaries as well locals in the field of missions. This include medicine, vitamins, first aid kits, clothing and food.
4. Individual counseling, mentoring and coaching:
Missionaries at times need special care in dealing with rising tensions and emotions in ministry. Quite often, there aren't safe areas or persons whom they can reach out, to confide and talk with. We are there for you confidentially to support you and provide you with professional counseling on an individual basis.
